I was an airtel costumer. i have anaccount created for airtel money services.
My mobile number for airtel money is ********97 . I have transacted an
amount of Rs 3000 /-. From airtel money to my personal bank account on
28th January . the money was not credited . Airtel department shows irresponsible
gesture on this issue .below are bank details

I haven't received the amount to my account till February 16th 2014. I have
contacted the costumer care but haven't got any response. My transaction ID for
airtel money is 2********.
Costumer care said they are looking into the issue.hoping the issue will be
resolved .Later I have applied for number portability.
I haven't got money then also. So on 11th February 2014 I have escalated the
issue with the help of costumer care. On 11th they processed my portability
with out any prior SMS or call confirmation . Now as my number is not airtel
they were not replying. This is not fair. So please look into the issue and
resolve it.
Even I have balance in my airtel money .please make sure that both the
transaction amount of 3000/- and balance of 248 /- is credited back to my bank
account or to my credit card from where I have loaded the money.
its today feb 21 and till date they were not responding to my emails, calls .
they were trying to loot amount of 3283 ( 3000 + 35+ 248) .I have reached all
the airtel office but was , they were not responding well.
i would like ti initiate a case on airtel network ( Airtel money department )
to get this amount i have wasted my 22 days of time and fuel expenses.
please file a case against them in voilating the rules to safegaurd public
interest. even i want a fine to be imposed on them so that they would be carefully
in case of other costumers.
please look into the issue.
