Airtel Digital TV - Airtel Digital TV - Online recharge failed but amount got debited from bank A/C

Dear Sir,

I recharged Rs 300/-, Rs.200/- online from Airtel.in for my Customer ID: 3010259436 using SBI Bank NET Banking and AXIS bank NET Banking and the site showed an error that the transaction was unsuccessful.

So I went on and recharged again.

The problem is that my bank account was debited Rs.300 from SBI and Rs.200 form my Axis Bank. The transaction ID in my bank statement for the two transactions are:

BHARTI CELLULAR AIRTEL Payments MSBI2********6IGA5142253
and
ICONN/45987621/050512/BHARTITELEVENTURE

Please refund two transaction of 300 and 200 as it is not debited to my Airtel Digital TV account
