We had a bad experiance with Agarwal safe home packers and movers ...As we published our mobile number for the packers and movers ..So we have been contacted by "Ravi Agarwal" and was politely treated regarding the quote ...and was told that they gonna charge 13000 and it would be delivered with in 24hrs..As told we have registered for that and they have made us to insurance for the goods...(as we have insuranced for TV and and CD player and for the rest they told that its not needed and it was from Bangalore to Hyderabad.....And we have around 10lakhs worth house hold appliances ......its on saturday we booked for the transport...and Safe home packers and movers have taken entire money 13000 stating that they gonna deliver it safely on time.....So as per the SULEKHA's review we opted for it......and it has passed one week we havent been updated anything about it...and the worste part is nothing is there with us (including office laptop charger) so it was really hardtime for us as we dont have food , no bed to sleep, no fan...evrything was upset and we used to call them everyday ..but they havent responded and they started threatening us regarding our luguage and used slang on customers...and we have sent our brother to bangalore on 10th day...they have man handled my brother and they said to claim for insurance...and it was like hell how can we make a insurance on evrything? and they told that we lost your luguage and never gonna pay you back....and they treated us badly....and we have filed a case on them........
Really bad experiance with Agarwal safe home packers and movers
This was one of my Worst Experience of a vendor . They are fooling people in the name of Agarwal. They don't have any connection with Agarwal Movers and are cheating customers. I gave my household articles from Bangalore to Pune and when there was no response, I had to come back from Pune to collect my household articles. They don't have any office in Lalbagh and have only one small office in Yeshwanthpur Truck Yard which i searched after a one full day operation. No Name board either !!!
When I reached YPR office, those guys told me things are already sent two days back, but when I asked them to open their godown, all articles were still lying in the godown with so many other people articles which seems to be lying for months. Inside the office, they have opened customers parcels and using LCD TV’s, Music System and even bikes which customers have given for parcel.
Most sad part which I found out is they don’t have a single Truck of their own and depends upon other Movers and Packers for sending the load. In short they are just commission agents who takes parcels and fills trucks of other movers and packers.
Guys PLEASE AVOID THIS CHEATS or you will get it trouble like me…..
I can send all documents in support of Rakesh. And also avoid sulekha, they are not postive negative reviews, since they take money from companies and edit all negative remarks
