I WANTED to convert my VODAFONE PREPAID SIM to POSTPAID -From Ajay of - Systematic knowledge services Pvt ltd called me after pitching the plan, they came and collected the documents along and deposit money also i have a receipt from them they collected stating the card will be converted in 48 hours and they will come and gove the new Sim card .. But teh card is not converted and also no one is answering the calls ..

This is a DSA of Vodafone. And after Complaining this to Vodafone centers .. they dnt have any updates , they just have 1 answer they have no update or else they also disconnect the call ..

Is this the Service of Vodafone .. For Sure This is a cheat .. Also the Documents are collected they might be Missused .. this is only given to the DSA for the brand name of Vodafone and if Vodafone Cannot take any action against such DSA which they have done for theIr mutual business .. then its too Pathetic .. I want the senior and concern authorities to take this ahead and solve this issue .. Or else my way is straight to lodge a Striker complaint against BOTH THE COMPANIES ..
