sir i had shoping some artical at meerut shop nayyar brothers on date 18/11 2013 by using atm cards amount 4878 Rs. but my detuction is twice. when nayyar brother talk to me that one time detuction in our account.i had complain BOB costumer care Complain no is 2013111********9 but my one time extra detuction is not return to me by bank .i m contect to my bob branch but no satisfactory replay by bob staff member.
