Dear indigo airlines
I purchased​ 6e special voucher worth 499 on 21 august and doesn't get voucher on my email but payment is done .
And I booked my flight round trip Goa to Ahmedabad and Ahmedabad to Goa
I booked flight on 22 August ...till today I doesn't get any email for voucher and I already book my flight then no further use of voucher if indigo provide me voucher no ....
So I humbly request u indigo airlines that I want my refund voucher money because indigo airlines doesn't provide me voucher no till today ...



Today before 5 minute I talk with customer care he told me that u have to call before flight booking on 22 August ....... that's not my mistake ......this is indigo airlines mistake who doesn't provide me my voucher number .......so I want my refund otherwise I will file a complain in Court against indigo airlines
