Due to family health issues I was away from Gwalior for the last 2 months and hence could not present my Activa scooter (3700 Km Run) for 3rd Free service due up to 11th Sep 2015 OR 8000 KM.
Today I approached the local dealer Sumedha Honda Vehicles at city center Gwalior but I was refused to service the vehicle. It will not be out of place to mention that Earlier also I had problem with this dealer when I had reported the deficiency of service and arrogant behavior of the service department. Today instead of accommodating due to circumstances explained above( Not in Gwalior) I have been shown the rules probably in retaliation to my earlier complainant against the dealer which resulted the employees pulling and multiple phone calls I had received from Honda offices..
I am approaching now to you please allow me to use coupon for 3rd Free service due to my inability to get the same in validity period of 240 days as an exception case. My running is not even 50 % of the use expected in 8 months....as I have multiple Scooter/car in joint family.
