Me and my wife bought a apartment in Cosmocity sector-103 from Era in project phase-I for which the Buyers agreement was put in place on 02nd January 2013 with a commitment to develop the project in 36 months. The company has taken almost 50% of the money by putting pressure or showing false development/ construction. They are neither returning back the hard earned money invested into the project nor are in a position to give any flat as per the milestone or in likely future in next 1 year..

Every discussion has ended up with the procrastination that the project will start in next 2 months. I need help in getting back my hard earned money with the interest.
