Dear sir/Madam,
Approximately a week back,when i was connected the apple iPhone 6 to my laptop,immediately, it asked for up-dation of OS .
Then i down loaded the soft ware of same in my laptop and for synchronization with i phone 6.
later it has ask for apple ID &Pass word.due to some reason my pass word & ID went wrong. Immediately i phone screen is locked with activation lock.
Then i went to retail seller -I magic, they said better you contact service center at dwarakanagar. they responded by proving the APPLE toll free number 000********09.
several times contacted this number always gives for wait a minute,more than 15-20 minutes to finish the call.
they ask for the genuineness of the customer by asking the IME Number.provided.that is insufficient.
show me valid BILL COPY attached to the their mail correspondence.
further they require the mode of payment ,i provided the PDF document of ICICI bank statement.
More than 10 days passed, the persons i contacted thru toll free are Mr. Nadeem,Mr.Pawan - tier ii,Mr.saikat sengupta& Ms shivani.
Again to day they are expressing the genuineness of the bill,they have to contact the retailer for the genuineness of the bill. Why customer has to prove the bill is correct or not.
By using the apple i phone, many customers /users are feeling by spending lot of Hard money, their services are not prompt /active.
i request the Indian govt not to promote this type of companies by providing licence to manufacture/for sales.
