Resp, On 22 nd march 2014, at 961 branch of lic at nashik, maharashtra, During renewal payment and new business green channel, on duty accountant misbehave with a handicaped person, who was kept standing in a row for 1 hour from 12 to 1 pm and then rejected to accept the premium saying rudely, " time out.. go to home, we dont care and our payment won't increase by doing extra work. We dont matter from when u r here, and our payment will come fix on date." And they fired him insulting..
Actualy lic is giving lots of payment to these accountants thats why they are doing the work very relax with same rudely words with client.. they even give cross answers to officers.
They must have low payments and must give insentive on work.. then see, how will they work with honesty, accuracy, neatly and talking sweetly with clients in compitition to increase the income..
So pls take care of this complaint with ur best care.. hope u will do action as needful.. but i want ur clarification with this complaint, othetwise i have to go to IRDA.
I trust & like lic.. not wants that some bad people may damage lic's good name..
