One Mukesh, proprietor of FENIX ALUMINIUM & GLASS CONTRACTING has taken Rs.10,000 in cash as advance for the work to be completed in our flat in Subash Nagar, Singasandra.

The total amount quoted for the work was Rs.14,000 of which he requested a cash advance of Rs.10,000 for purchase of material. However, after collecting the advance, he completed only 10% of the work and has been absconding ever since. We tried calling both his numbers, but it’s eternally out of reach. When we messaged him threatening to file a police complaint, he replied on SMS saying he would complete it the following week. But several weeks have gone by and his lame excuses continue to come on SMS.

We have learnt that he has cheated at least 10 customers like this. Also, he claims his shop has shifted to a place behind Singasandra bus stop, but we don’t seem to find any.
