Two wheelers abruptly crossing the ring road over the dividers is causing many accidents in outer ring road.
There is no crossing, but two wheelers cross the road without carring for vehicles running on ring road.

Today one of the two wheeler hit my car while doing so, and they forcibility took Rs.5000 from me asking for damage claim. Though they violate the rule & cross the road, even after their mistake they rob these locals forcibily take money by calling few of their friends to scene. This happened at end of the KR puram bridge on ring road from Kr Puram to Marathahalli. We can see that many locals cross divider using a small gap/path on divider at end of KR puram bridge.

Can you make necessary arrangements to stop this crossings on ring road by imposing strict traffic rules?
