I am from Kolkata my complaint is against kaushik(aryan) Kr kabi of Barasat,kolkata (his cell phone number is +********8360 email id : overseasconsultant8@gmail.com company Name: Overseas Manpower) has cheated me of Rs 10000 which he has taken saying he will provide dubai job.He did not provide any job and now he is saying he wont return my money.. jo karna ha karle. .i have all the proof entire watsapp conversation between me and kaushik kabi and proof in mail for what i paid him the money and bank slip.
He runs a Fraud consultancy in barasat,kolkata he has no office puts ad in Olx and Quikr to grab job seekers fixes a meeting in restaurants and try to convince people by sweet words and then ask for advance or passport, and after you pay advance he just keeps on delaying giving 100's of excuses for not doing the work and will finally run away with your money blocking you from watsapp and other contact mediums. He is running this scam for a long time along with his wife and cheated numerous poor job seeker's. Beware of this person and do not fafall in his trap.

When ever you get an opportunity in abroad saying that they will pay for visa and air ticket .....As soon as they tell you that they paid you will get a receipt , now all you have to do is open any browser search for the mentioned country embassy in our country and find their customer service number and Dail it to cross verify it ......You will get a response ,depending on it you proceed also you will be given a sponser ship certificate also and it is also a fake one. If you don't believe me then get ready to end up just like me who got fooled!

I want to let you know a golden rule which confirms whether the given opportunity is fraud or genuine and the rule is if they ask for money in any manner just reject the offer!
Just think why would he offer you that job with high package or less package, their country people are always available to those jobs .
Firstly they say that they will pay for visa and air ticket but later they will ask you to pay for medical fee and after paying it now they will ask for yellow card fee and after that they will ask for TB certificate and lastly basic travel allowance where this basic travel allowance doesn't exist at all ......In order to make you believe they will provide you payment receipts but they are fake and also they use both Gmail and some paid email domains so that you will believe it genuine and ask you to pay in less than 24 hours that too in Nationalize banks only but actually the account holders of those Nationalize bank are in other countries as soon as you deposit they will transfer to their Countries and also They will call you from a foriegn number and speak in that related accent and all these will make you believe strongly untill you end like me.
Hence I sincerely request you to follow the golden rule of rejecting an offer if they ask for money in any manner.!!

Well i do admire the way of making fake id's n commenting in your own favor Mr. Kabi.
& if you guys are real, what would you say in my case....Its about my own brother,Aman for whom Kabi asked around 1.5 lacs for Singapore job in Retail or Hotel Sector. He said pay only 20K n the rest amount shall be paid after he gets a proper job with permit, I did the same...the very next day my brother landed there, Mr. Kabi asked for the rest f the amount saying its urgent, he has to pay the full amount there in order to get all the paper works done. looking at the seriousness of the situation i paid him full....
now starts the drama....my brother was sent on a visit visa of one month & the entire month he had to just shift from here & there with some Bangladeshi fellow named Rubel who later on clearly admitted that Mr. Kabi is fraud & there's no job there except some labor grade jobs for loading heavy materials in hardware stores.
The entire month Mr. Kabi & his wife carried on with there Dramas as if they were worried about my brother, but in real they were busy spending my money & money of other innocent people.
At last my brother was put in such a situation that he didn't even had money to eat or stay in hotel. Even in those circumstances, I helped Mr. Kabi in booking the last day in hotel for my brother & his return ticket as this cheater didn't had any money with him & he promised that he'll return me my every single penny back.
Its going to be around one year, since last 2 months he's not picking up my phone, blocked me in whats app & fb...I am amazed by the level of his cheating and story making as he did told me a story about his sister & her tutor's affair or something....and about that how depressed he was.....In those circumstances also I always supported him & now i realize it was all bogus....
If anyone wants to recheck these above matters can freely call me anytime or meet me wherever he wants.
Mr. Kabi- I treated you like my brother & you did this to me..... yaar itni hi kami thi paise ki to maang lete, aur de deta.... par itne se paiso k liye dhokha dene ki kya zarurat thi...
You haven't done any bad to me, you have done the worst thing you can think to your beautiful child & your wife....'coz I am not gonna spare you buddy....you don't have any idea how far I am gonna escalate this thing.

Means if you pay him any money in advance for an abroad work even if that work is not done you have to accept other countries work which he offers. And to be honest with you after not doing my dubai work he offered me LIBYA..imagine he wanted to send job seekers to a war prone zone. I think he is doing something very fishy.

Kaushik Aryann kabi is a serial fraudster... His Agency Overseas Manpower has no office and is not even registered. He Scam job seekers. If you ever come across his advertisement in quikr or olx just notice his company page photo you will find there is no specific address its just 24 parganas barasat Kolkata you will reach nowhere by that address,he has no office no landline number..there are many fraud agents in barasat madhyamgram area if you deal with them be sure to take proper office or house address and go and verify there before dealing.
If you are so innocent and genuine why dont you meet me then. Why did you block me from Watsapp and other mediums. Do not fool and remember a cheat hides himself and run away like you did.
If you dont know what happen between tanvir and kabi then in that case you have no right to comment. I guess this Ahmed and Binoy's comments are from Kabi kaushik himself,its a simple thing if you have not done my work pay my money back if you dont you are a cheat. this kaushik keeps on saying that i have sent candidates to Dubai france and europe lol there is an English proverb that action speaks louder than words. Kaushik kabi's report i have forwarded to the SP of 24 parganas with all the proofs now i am waiting for a reply from them and to people(fake or real whoever) who are commenting without knowing the matter just wana say to them this is a legal matter now make sure you dont get in trouble for yourself as i have all the evidence of his fraud and the report is with Police. and to Mr Kaushik Kabi get a life man how long will you run like this,get a real job which will get you money as well as respect stop scamming people. I dont know what happen in between Mr. kabi and Mr. Tanveer, but I personally know Mr. Kaushik Kabi since 8 years he successfully send some of my candidate in France and some in Dubai, I never experience any confusion in any terms of VISA , Money or Job. So its nothing but trying to fade out Mr. Kabi's reputation. and in kolkata in context of consultancy business its customary. So .... I am also with mr. ahmed and want to say >>> Mr Kabi Go head dont care who , what says.

This phenomenon arise from those who are cheater themselves. Only Because Mr. Kaushik Kabi charged a nominal processing fees where Other Agent charged to candidate 4 times from him, and Most cases what happen only for money they dont pre-screen the candidate and dont follow the actual demand Letter. candidate eligibility, etc. Therefore once un match profile candidate reach in Dubai due to negligence of Indian agent Then Mr. Kabi fall in great trouble to place them, Top of that it become a nightmare to place them or to send back. You know for a consultant or recruit mediator its a bad impression. and only its happened due to illiterate Agent, Sub-Agents greediness and hunger of money but nothing. Real candidate and reputed experience consultant or mediator understand this. and I believe Mr Kabi has lots of reputation for doing some great job in terms of Europian Visit visa, and good number of references. so considering all these its a silly stupid complain by someone I dont know what problem were with Tanveer and Mr Kabi but Yes Mr. Kabi should chose right agent from right place and should be very diplomatic regarding dealing with them.Otherwise this type comments or reviews be posted from such kind of people always and he should be digest that. Though its normal now a days in india, if you check consumer complaint, and other online platform. even you will find complain with like big big consultancy across the country, Ltd company like ICICI Bank, and so many. so I would like to say to Mr. Kabi there is a very renowned bengali proverb: Pagole kina bole chagole kina khay!!!
