I have informed your personnel while taking 2 time connection at DK.Road, Ameerpet,Hyderabad you personnel Sri.Praveen Cell.No.********52 & Srinivas Cell.No. ********84 approached me for renewing the connection. I informed that I am going to shift my house shortly as such since 2 months I have not paid any amount. Only after shifting to new place I will pay the required amount. The persons said above approached and promised orally that they were going to shift the services Connection at free of cost and since I am continuing the same for a period of One year Subscription One Extra month service is also will be provided. In fact I am a govt. Employee and My pan No. is ANNPR5643L For the Present year an amount of 80,000/- was paid towards Income tax from my side from my salaries. The BSNL is giving Broad Band Connection at concessional rates to govt.Employees as 10 months amount for viewing 12 months period with a speed of 256kbps. Your people said they will give better service than BSNL emp[loyees. I have informed about shifting on 27-7-2011 and requested to provide by on or before 1-8-2011. Till today I am not getting the facility. This is your persons service and voice. The people at PUNE complaint centre will collect the information and no persons were attending here till to date. The connection is registered in my daughter's name. My New address is B-402,LIC Officers Quarters, Tank Bund, Behind Indira Park & NTR Stadium, Hyderabad.
