I want to complain for my neighbours they brought a puppy at their home and they beat or abuse their puppy daily! Before that they had a dog with whom they did the same thing everday that dog was beaten by a man very badly! They are so cruel they beat by thick stick! I m totally scared because they will do the same condition of this puppy also! :( Please help
Every person nearby knows that how they treat the innocent creature!
