1. A letter was dispatched on 29-Oct from Tambaram to an address in Kolathur
2. As it was not delivered even after 2 days, both the sender and receiver called up the office to enquire about the status
3. No proper response from the Courier Agency
4. When finally asked for the reason from them, Courier company staffs used bad words and were very Arrogant in the reply
5. After a day, contacted again to get the status. Courier company staffs have told that the letter will not be dispatched at any cost. And challenged to do whatever we can.

The only mistake is that both the sender and receiver:
1. Got frustrated with the reply from the Courier Company's responses.
2. Shouted that the Courier Company staff's.

Note: Still it is not delivered.
