I was traveling to Italy for work and given a clay sim card by my assistant so that I could keep in touch with work and family. Well that would have been the case, had the sim worked even once after I landed. Despite several efforts and calls to their customer care ppl, where nobody seemed to really help me with anything, but kept on saying that the charges will be applicable irrespective. I finally used the old fashioned international roaming on my indian number to stay connected. Clay Sims should be the option for anyone. A complete let down.
