I PURCHASED A SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR ON 31/10/2013. THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED ON 01/11/2013 AT 10.30AM. SAMSUNG ENGINEER VISITED MY HOME FOR DEMO AND INSTALLATION ON 02/11/2013, WHEN HE OPENED THE PACKING.. THE FRIDGE WAS DENTED AT RIGHT-BACKSIDE. THEN HE INFORMED THE SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER & I ASKED THE DEALER TO CHANGE THE FAULTY FRIDGE. THEY TOLD IT WILL TAKE 2-3 DAYS. ON 06/11/2013 I CONTACTED DEALER BUT THEY SAID DUE TO STOCK SHORTAGE THEY WILL BE ABLE TO REPLACE THE FRIDGE BY 07/11/13. BUT ON 08/11/13 NOW THEY ARE TELLING IT WILL TAKE 4-5 DAYS MORE. THE DEALER IS NOT RESPONDING TO MY CALLS AND MAKING MANY EXCUSES FOR THAT... THEY HAVE RUINED MY DIWALI
