Sir,
I had cancelled three rail tickets, (during Gujjar Aggitations in December-January, 2011) as either the train was late by more than 20 hrs or the train route was diverted & was not passing through my destination station- as a result I could not travel & had to file TDR.
After filing the TDR, I have received only 50% amount for each tickets. It is almomost 3 months, I an not yet received the balance 50% amount.
Every time I write mail to irctc, an automatic generated mail is send to me & no money is refunded.
Kindly help me.
