I had placed an online order for Mangoes through the website www.mangoesfresh.com (Branch of 24x7fresh.in ) on May 27th -2015 and had done the payment of Rs 949/- through net banking. I got mailed confirmation from their end with the order id and also It was mentioned that the order will be delivered in 3-5 business days. Till today ,they have not delivered the order and their CEO named Randhir Kumar wrote to me via email that the refund of the amount will be processed in 15 days ,however today more than 1 month has passed and still they have not processed the refund. I have written and called them many times ,but every time they give one or the other excuse and false promises.
The mail which I received from them is as below : Thank you for shopping at Mangoesfresh.com! Your Order No 2264 is being processed. it takes 3-5 bz days. so,need to allow some more time. if you have any query you can call us.

I am highly dissatisfied with the services provided by 24X7 fresh company as I had subsribed for the delivery of milk (Mother Diary Tonned 500ml milk x 30 days x 2 and Mother Diary Full cream milk x 30 days x 2) on 23rd April, 2016 (Order ID - 100002070). I had also made a full payment of Rs 2322 for the delivery.
However it is shocking that I have neither received the delivery at my place ever since nor after cancelling on 7th May, 2016 have i recieved the payment. I was informed through mail that the refund of my payment will be processed in 5 - 7 days. There has been no response nor refund ever since which is highly disappointing and an unecessary trouble to me.
I request to refund my amount as immediately as possible.
