I had ordered Limited Edition Sachin Tendulkar 200Gm Silver coin from Value Mart Retail (Bangalore) on www.valuemartgold.com vide order no. 1390 Dt 15/03/2014. As per Website agreed delivery period was 7-10 working days. However After waiting for more then 20 days, I had called up their executive for Delivery Status. Every time I had been told to wait for one week. As of now I called up 4-5 times but till date there is no concrete answer received from Valuemartgold.
I come to know from various online group that many other too not received the said item. I feel there is something cooking within company. I feel I am cheated by this company. So far no official communication was received from them about item. Today I had request refund through NEFT but they were not ready to refund online. However in their return Policy NEFT mode of payment was available for refund
I would request you to take some necessary action against Director of this company & immediately stop them to operate any such portal where they cheated innocent People.
