Dear Sir

My fees deducted two times (350+350) by IGNOU while i was registering online for the 22nd convocation.

I had paid my fees online by my debit card for the registration in 22nd convocation of IGNOU.

First time when I paid, they deducted my fees (350/-) and didn't give me receipt.
So I had to submit my oanline fees (350/-) second time, because i need my degree certificate.

My online transaction was on 19/1/2011 (Axis bank)
Two transaction nos. S2070587 and S2068608
My enrollment no. 0********
My programme: PGDIPR
My cell no. 0********35


I called to IGNOU student support and some another nos of IGNOU, but nobody is giving appropriate answer to get my money back.

I want my extra deducted money (350/-) back in my account.
