* ZERO RESPONSE AGAINST BOOKING OF HONDA-ACTIVA SCOOTER.(WHITE-COLOR)


I Sonia sharma W/o Sunil Sharma had booked Honda-Activa Scooter at G.S.Enterprises football Chowk,Jal.(Pb.)- India against Booking Form Enquiry No. 30128 & Paid Rs.1000/- as Booking Amt. against Receipt no. 75942 dt.06-07-11.
The Tat for delivery had given by them is maximum 3 Months.

*Since 6 Months have already been passed & Still I am helpless in getting the Scooter from G.S.Enterprises.
* After a long wait -I alongwith my husband had been to their Branch office & enquired the status ,as One of my native Mr. Harsh Vardhan R/o 23-A Jain Colony Jalandhar had booked the White-Activa on 12th Oct.2011 & got the delivery of the same on 19th Dec.2011.Moreover, While enquiring they had affixed a fake previous date on our booking form after having the receipt no. from us.

Alongwith the same they said that they had called me one time but my. Cell no.got busy at that time. Is this a way to treat a customer who have full faith on co. like Honda.
This is really ridiculous & ashamed for staff & management of Honda (G.S.Enterprises) Who are not able to serve efficiently & staisy their esteemed customers.

Key Points depicts the true story

* Why FIFO method has not been applied in my case(First Come First Serve)

* I am amazed to see such situation.

* Where is my booking amt. !...................

* Had I done any default by booked the Activa from G.S.Enterprises !........

* What Picture Honda company reflects by giving distributorships to company like G.S.enterprises (Who are not able to serve their customers with true dedication & with due satisfaction)

* Inlieu of this, I thought that those who won't enquire against their bookings their hardmoney would have been enjoyed by Management , distributors & their respective staff members.


I urge you to please confirm the status of my booking as early as possible & take a serious action by imposing heavy penalty against the said franchisee (distributor).

I Should also be compensated with heavy discount against Non-receipt of my Scooter


Failing of Which I will be taking a legal action.Which might affects the image of an esteemed Group of HONDA.
