Maxx Mobile - Worst Experience with MAXX Mobile handset

I purchased Maxx GC 343 mobile from Thane on 02/03/2010. On day 1st I noticed there is an issue with data cord but some how I managed to trasfer data from PC to mobile handset. But again the proble continued. So I visited there authorised service center Maxcom at Thane. I have not received my data cord from them yet. There is lots of issue with handset and in same week I noted there is issue with voice. Maxcom has taken my handset for repairing on 14/04/2010 and yet not given back. Today is 8th may\'10 and its almost one month they are not able to returned my data cord and mobile handset.
The warranty is for one year but if I am not able to use my handset for more than 1 moths then what is the use of warranty.

Maxx mobile is not at all good and its service after sales is worst.

Complainant's Goal: Need money what ever I spend for Maxx back to me.

If MAXX spend half of the profit with service center then only service quality will increase. The service center selected by MAXX are worst and not expect proper support from them.

MAXX battery is also of poor quality.

Dont buy MAXX any time

In continuation with this there is no guarantee that the same series mobile will continue or not. The parts are not available in market. It does not support other memory cards apart from MAXX card for song play. Lots of error in Mobile operating system and no one is cares about the customer.

With due respect to your organization, I am compelled to express my agony in purchasing a handset from your array of products.

I have purchased MAX 475 mobile on 28th May ,2010. (Inv : 6231 / Mobile World Bhandup)
IMEI : 35********03935

Due to some technical problem i have shown this mobile to thane service center on 16th july10,
They have reported that it is in dead condition & they have to keep it for servicing at more than a week day.

Again same problem crop up on 12th August,10. Till today i haven’t received it back.

I personally believe i would commit mistake choosing this model. Within 4 months, I have kept it > 30 days for repairing which has adverse impact on my business . It is not possible for me to keep this handset for servicing after couple of weeks.

I request you to replace this handset immediately & provide me new one.

On 3rd Sep I have been told by Service center (thane) executive that handset is ready.
Today I called from Service center regarding handset status, she replied it is not yet get repaired & they are not sure when it will be completed.

I have informed this to to your customer executive (MAX) who inturn replied to visit service center.
I can not waste my time to visit service center frequently. When i ask about replacement of handset
support desk told that it is not possible & customer have all the rights to go to consumer court. I have experienced such kind of poor response first time in my life...

I personally believe I have been deceived by MAX which force me to take further legal action.
I will put forward my grievance to the legal authorities for further advice and action …

from SPACE ELECTRONICS in jodhpur.my mobile is working fine but my
mobile ear phone is not working. I'd visited your service center but
they refused to replace the ear phone nad none of the person concerned
has been supportive and cooperative in attending the problem.
The ear phone is under the warranty period, as confirmed by the Mxx
Mobile executives, but still no cation has been takn to help me with
the problem and the ear phone has not been replaced. I would request
you to take appropriate action and direct the replacment for the same.

Here in Pune I bought a handset which battery was not at all working. The shopkeeper replaced the battery with used nokia battery to demonstrate the mobile. He said the maxx battery(came alongwith mobile) needs to be charged for several hours then it will work. I tried to charge n no. of hours but battery is not working.
Maxx mboile is really a useless one which needs to be removed from market itself.
Now I have decided to approach consumer court as company(alongwith shopkeeper) cheated me.
