Wood sticks in Haldiram's Navrattan namkeen packet Complaint, Gurgaon

I am using Haldiram products since childhood and it's always been my first choice but had never expected to found 2 soft wood sticks appx. 2 inches in your seal packed " Haldiram's Navrattan" namkeen packet.

As this can be dangerous if i was not noticed it....if you want i can also send you those wood sticks.

I have send a mail to Haldiram 3 months back but to my surprise i have not received any response from them, so i am lodging a complaint against them
