We had a agreement to conduct swimming classes for the trainees of Dehradun Branch of AHA Airhostess Academy.As per the contract dated 01/08/2008 signed with the corporate office New Delhi ,through the Dehradun branch,Swimming classes were being conducted since 2008 and the payment was done through branch @ the rate fixed per trainee.Like the previous year The bills were submitted after compeletion of the classes/batches on 12thAug 2009 and 15th Oct 2009, through the branch manger of AHA airhostess academy Dehradun for payment on 24/08/2009 for Rs. 10500/- and on 16/10/2009 for Rs. 11200/-.We followed up with the Dehradun branch regularly on telephone/by letters and were told to wait and the bills will be paid by Mar 2010.But in Feb 2010 ,when there was no response to the phone,we sent our staff and found the office locked.After this we went to New Delhi and contacted the Corporate office Panchsheel Park ,here we were met by one ms. Richa and she said that the bills will be paid by may 2010 .
we were asked to contact her on the mobile no give.This mobile no is not picked up at all,so again we have sent letters by speedpost to the office,but till date we have not received the payment nor any reply to our various letters/reminders.
we are lodging this complaint for ensuring we ge our due paymet with interest for a delay of more than a year for services already given as per the contract.We are a small organisation running the swimming classes and this a breach of trust as well as a huge loss to us .Kindly pursue and help us get our due payment.
