Garden Lane, Kolkata – 700 036 (Ph:2577-4872) under A to Z Cable Network, 22/1/12, Jogendra Basakh Road, Kolkata – 700 036 (Ph:2577-0836) for providing poor service

Ref : My earlier complaint no.9575 dated 15.09.11

I regret to state that in spite of my repeated requests to the representative of M/s. Anjali Cable Link System, Kolkata (who are associated with M/s. A to Z Cable Network, Kolkata) under your Cable Network, who has been collecting monthly subscription from my house timely, for changing the jack and wire which are very old and may have been damaged due to long time use, for that reason I have not been seeing all the channels clearly since long but they have not changed the same and not given any importance to my complaint even now. Also I lodged one complaint through your website vide No.9575 dt. 15.09.11 regarding the subject matter but the result is zero.

I have been paying subscription Rs.210/- (Rupees two hundred and ten only) per month including service tax for about 82-85 channels only which please note. Please also note that they are not issuing any bill to me against the said subscription which is gross violation of rules. It has come to my knowledge from other sources that they have been collecting subscription of Rs.180/- per month (Rupees one hundred eighty only) from various consumers instead of Rs.210/- (Rupees two hundred ten only). Is it justified or not?

You are requested to instruct them to look into this matter very seriously and take necessary action immediately without any delay.
