Ganpati honda - UNAVAILABILITY OF PARTS SINCE LAST TWO MONTHS AND UNSATISFACTORY REPLY

Respected Sir,

My vehicle Honda ACTIVA was damaged in AN accident ONE AND A HALF MONTHS AGO.
SOME OF ITS PARTS WERE DAMAGED. I HAD GIVEN MY vehicle to your show room to replace the damaged PARTS.
GANPATI HONDA HAD TAKEN THE CLAIM FROM ICICI LOMBARD AND WE HAVE ALSO PAID THE REQUISITE AMOUNT DUE BUT ONLY PARTS WORTH RS.2000 HAVE BEEN REPLACED AND WORTH RS. 4000 ARE PENDING TO BE REPLACED.
The show room members says that PARTS are not available AND ALSO DIDN'T GIVE SUFFICIENT REPLY ABOUT THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PARTS.
"THEY SAY THAT IT MIGHT TAKE 4 TO 5 DAYS OR EVEN WEEKS".
I AM suffering BECAUSE OF your bad services AND IT IS ALSO HAMPERING MY WORK AS MY ACTIVA IS NOT EVEN IN DRIVING CONDITION.
NOW I THINK THAT I HAD MADE A BIG MISTAKE BY PURCHASING THE ACTIVA.
I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO GET ITS PARTS CHANGED IMMIDIATELY OR ELSE I WOULD HAVE TO KNOCK THE DOOR OF CONSUMER COURT.
THIS IS MY LAST AND FINAL REQUEST.
