I have purchased a Sony Micro Vault Classic 16GB Pen Drive from Shopji.com on 13th April 2013. Later on 7th May they responded saying that they will refund my money. It’s been almost a year now; I have neither received the order nor any further communication from the dealer. Seems like this a fraud website. Is there a way I can get my money back?

i too ordered the same my order no was 11428, customer care is horrible, the phone line is hoible,requested for shiping through bluedart caurrier but sent by overnite express which does not have service to my place,harrased and collected from 40 km awaya as bcoz i was to move to Bhutan next morning
