TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

1. I had met one Mr Antony from Abmed Technologies New Delhi in a
conference in Aug 2005

2. He had sent me a quotation for my reqirement on 22-09-2005 which we
ultimately finalsied to 6.25 lacs on 11/11/2005


3. On 15/11/2005 his engineer came for installation but his instruments were
of very poor quality and I have mentioned my remarks in the installation
report on same day

4. He promised to replace the set with a 130 series one on 16/01/2006

5. But after repeated calls and one personal visit to New Delhi to their
office they kept on lingering the issue saying they are waiting for a good
unit

6. Later when I warned them of legal action as my warranty of 2 years from
installation date was coming to an end , they assured me of an extended
warranty for 2 more years and talked of some goods being held in customs

7. Recently the chairman of the company Mr Abraham on June 23 2008 promised
of replacement of the unit ASAP

8. But since mid july the emails have bounced and their office phone gives no
reply

9. Their engineer has left the company and he says they are closed


10. Acomplain was lodged against him on 19 Jan 2009 with www.core.nic.in to which Mr Abraham responded and his engineer Francis visited Ahmedabad and identified the problem and said that Mr Abraham has given you a totally faulty set and has been cheating you for the same , when this was passed on to Abraham he terminated his job but kept assuring me of a solution

11. On his ultimate request on 21.05.2009 he collected scopes from a friend of mine Mr Manish Taneja .I had sent these scopes on his request Via Midway Express courier to Manish Taneja from where Mr Abraham Collected the scopes and processor and gave the acknowledgement on his visiting card

12. On 29th May I went personally after confirming with him that the scopes are ready ,He even Sent me a SMS from his mobile number 0********84 to my number ********02 at 11:02 am as I was finding it difficult to get his address .When I reached his office he started giving excuses and assured me that his engineer will deliver it to me in 15 days

13. Daily after that I hahve sent him emails and SMS from www.160by2.com and he has not responded

14. Last week he called me saying I can collect my scopes and processor and that he will give me an extended warranty of two years , with all our good feeling we have considered his issues for last 5 years and he has kept cheating us , I sent my friend Mr Gurnamsingh from Ahmedabad but he did not respond to him and is not attending my calls or emails

15. We want all the compensation , Now it is high time

16. Consequences : We want a complete refund of the principal + interest

17. Compensation for the loss of work in five years considering the fact that
we perform around one scopy daily & Two Personal Visits to Delhi Along with Mental torture
