I have give a verbal order to M/s Sanskar International Packers & Movers for my house hold materials from Pindwara (Dist-Sirohi) to bharuch (Gujarat) They have quoted in their quotation Rs. 15000 + Service tax including insurance of 50000/- for TATA 407.

But When they came to pack the material they are told us to have the tata 207 (small vehicle) after packing & loading the material on small vehicle instead of 407 they have asked us to give the payment of Rs 19800/-. (Including service tax only) + insurance extra.

They have forced us to give the money and threating us. We have try to closed the deal but they have not agreed and we have pay them Rs. 13200 for unloading material upto ahmedabad instead of bharuch but in ahmedadab their labours not come for unloading the material.

We have once again pay rs. 1500 for unloading the same.

I am also ataching the quotation for your ready reference. (which is for Sirohi to bharuch & they have take Rs. 13200 for Sirohi to ahmedabad only) + I have to pay Rs. 1500 extra for unloading as their have not provided labour for unloading the same.

Please do the needful this type of fraud packers & movers.
