SAMSUNG - Cooling Problem with 1 year 11 month old SAMSUNG FRIDGE [Model-RS21HSTPN1]
This is my second complaint regarding the Samsung Fridge [Model-RS21HSTPN1]. First problem was with power leakage in side the Fridge which got rectified after 2 weeks of raising ticket.
Complaint-2
Day-1: 31-March 2014: We raised another ticket [Reference number # ********91] as we have cooling problem with this refrigerator. One service engineer visited my place but he couldn't rectify the issue.
Day-2: On 1-April, I called customer care again and they said that they have passed my ticket to superiors and i will get a call within 2 hours. I didn't get any call though neither any service engg attended the work. No one attended this issue even on 2- April
Day-3: On 2-April, i called customer care again to know the status regarding my complaint. They again said that they my ticket is forwarded to superiors and i will get a call within 2 hours.
Day-4: 3-April, I got a call from Gurgaon office that my issue will be taken care by a competent service engineer and Samsung will make sure that issues will be fixed permanently.
Day-5: 4-April, Service engineer visited and checked the refrigerator. According to him, there is no problem in the parts. He said there might be gas leakage somewhere in the fridge that may be the reason for less cooling :-). He will wait and watch one day to ascertain that the problem is due to gas leakage. So one ore day is gone to understand the problem ..he he
Day-6: Will update all you all wht happened on 6th day :-)
Very disappointed with Samsung Customer Care. It seems they are not bothered of providing on-time quality service to the customers.
I want this issue to be resolved immediately from Samsung Service Team or else we will take up this to the consumer court…
