Redhat Hat examination conducted there are all fake and question previous leaked and student are made to practice and practise for an month and just on show off exam date were made to just pasted these practice on the Online performa .


Even West Bengal Education Certificate exam was made via me as faulty being educated from jadavpur university but as job and need to write on the Board and all student copy it on there answer sheets .

All Student same answer but was requested to some to leave and write .


After working for 6 Month and in all these Eye closing work which mine soul doesn't permit but can't protest or leave as need money , but when they force me to sign a Bond that had clauses many i.e against labour law to an wome Character / dignity / self respect against then what too say of gents working bonds to keep the mouth shuts and work as bonded labourer though being education.


I am highlighting some clause of some can't as?

Had to work with them at an Salary Fixed Rs 7,000/- for atleast 2 yrs 9 hours a day and etra too as they say but no extra payment they will give it for these.

have to come on holiday even on Sunday if they Notify .

Had too have access without any question to place they say for any purpose.

Can't Show these Bond to any one or dispose or have it photocopy which will liable to have an penalty of Rs 2 - 5 lkhs as per the matter necessity..


Can remove any time and without any salary or document's no question would be asked .


Job to not treated as permanent but will be tenure increases every 2 / 1 year as per performance and business Policies .


Can't leave the Job up to 5 yr as per own wish
