I booked berth for three passengers from Bhopal to Bilaspur class - 2 AC by train No 12854 on 19 Feb 2012 at Bilaspur reservation counter on 08 Feb 2012. That time status was GN WL 5, 6 and 7. PNR No - 842-1998905 and ticket No 45473037. On the date of journey, I checked status on railway site www.indianrail.gov.in at 1500h on 19 Feb 2012, the present status was WL5 - GNWL - released, WL6 - GNWL released and WL7 - wait listed as WL 1. On boarding in train, WL 5 and WL 6 were missed in reservation chart, only WL 1 shown. Passengers details - Arvind M Age 44, Mamta F age 39 and Rishabh M age 15 years. No accommodation provided in any class. We traveled in general coach. We harassed by railway physically and mentally. Please look into the matter and intimate the same.
