I'm complaining behalf of my father who join in bajaj alliance insurance. My policy no. 02******** I want bajaj allianz company to refund my money back. At the time when I join the policy with the company, the agent told me that I can claim my capital money along with interest after completion of one year.however after completion of 1 year ,when I approached the company for refunding the amount. They refused on the grounds that I was not eligible to get back my money until I complete 3 years of regular premium payment. so why did they cheated me with a fault promise so call LIC agent? now i want refund of my capital and surrender myself.
