i had ordered a watch on watchmart.info on 4th feb 2015 wide bill no 10591 online and got delivery of the product on 12th feb. it was cash on delivery and i paid rs 7890/- for the same . the watch brand is CASIO EDIFICE CHRONOGRAPH EF-558D-7AVDF. On opening the box i found the watch was defective and used. i called the company on 0********02 and asked for reimburment of amount as i was not satisfied with the product. they gave the complaint no as C4E/154,and said i would get reimbursement in 48 hours. now they are not picking the phone . i tried from other phones but as soon as i start speaking about the complaint they cut the phone. please help me to get the money back.
