I ordered a home gym from the website www.fitnessworls.in for Rs.11,999. I got the reply about the order confirmation and the Order Number (6691) from the supplier. Then didn't get any reply for almost 2 weeks. I started to send them email and call them on their given number. They respond to my call after 15 try. Told me they cannot deliver to the given address by me. Then I request them to deliver to another acceptable address from their side, which was the courier office itself. Then they didn't get back to me for 2 days. I started to call them again and ask them to send me the shipping details. I got one mail with the Courier name and Waybill Number. I try to track that after 2 days but the shipment not found. I contact the Courier office and they said that the shipment not yet made that's why we couldn't find the tracability online. Today morning i try to open their web page the page not available and no anser from their customer support number as well.
