I have purchased a Sharp refrigerator FF PT57RH from Kohinoor Televideo pvt ltd, Dadar branch. My freezer is not working because of which every item gets melt and water keeps coming on the floor. A guy name Rehan visited my place but was not able to solve the problem. He told that refrigerator is not made for India. Then a guy named Zubair visited my place and told that door alignment problem is there but after 1 day again problem started. I called Kohinoor but I did not got the proper response. My warranty is expiring and there is no solution provided.
