Recently I made a conscious decision of purchasing one symphony winter air cooler from M/S Suresh electronics Mehrauli New Delhi.
Even though I have paid a premium price to purchase this product from the market, I am extremely sorry to state that my experiences till date have diluted that proposition to a large extent.
In Delhi presently the heat wave is rising like anything & this unit in comparison to its claim is doing nothing interms of cooling of internal surroundings, a local make cooler has better efficiency as compared to this. When these observations & product deficiency was brought into the notice of your service head Mr. Khursheed, he promised that some one of his executive shall definitely over see this problem. I am desperately trying to reach him but the calls are getting unanswered. When I tried to escalate this to the next level of hierarchy, Mr. Surjeet he pointly said that it is not my cup of tea – hence I am not answerable.
Could any one from your side explain me what is the fault of a customer who entrusted a brand like Symphony???
