I am a frequent online shopper . However I had the most unpleasent experience of my life when on 30th September 2013 ,I placed an order on INDIATIMES SHOPPING under order number 3002705368 for FIDATO 7 BDSHEETS alongwith other items . On Opening the order , I was horrified to see the package as the quality of the products was poorest and were not worth even 20% of the cost that I had actually paid for . I immediately took up with INDIA TIMES SHOPPING for returning the product under their RETURN POLICY as per case iD NO 1117226 on 10th October 2013. I was assured that the return pickup would be arranged by 29th october. However needful has not been done even till date. I have called them many times since then . Every time I have been assured that it would be done within three days but the return pick up has not been arranged even after a lapse of two months now. Whenever I call them about the status of my Case ID 111726 , they say that it is under process and return pick up would be arranged within three days.
