i place an order for mobile DooGee 350 from APOLLOSHOW - Flag-ship Store

after that sales manager of this
store ms Gina Wang sent my order via honkong post & the delivery time is two
month & tracking no is "RG001854535MY", after waiting of two month the parcel
was not delivered ,so i contact to sales manager she said that parcel is in transit
please wait few more days but when i check tracking status it remain same from last
two month ,so i again contact to manager and ask for the reason of this delay, again
she give me excuse that parcel is in transit,after one week no progress in my matter
so i open dispute and she refuse it by mistake this refusal was accepted by me.so i
contact her & she said no problem with order , now three months are passed,i didn't
get my order when i ask for refund she refuse to refund me & now she is not
replying me.. plz help me (they cheat me)
