Hi,

I placed an order online for Samsung Galaxy Note 2 7100 on 5th October 2012.They mentioned that delivery time is at max 21 days but product will be delivered before that but the product is not delivered yet. I put on a request for the order cancellation on 15th October. I called customer care several times but they gave the same response that order will be cancelled in 24 working hours. but it is 1st November and neither my order is cancelled yet nor I got my refund. This is sort of harassment. Kindly help in the cancellation and refund.
