I have resigned from the services of M/s BENGAL WATERPROOF LTD widely known as Duckback since 03.12.2011. But asyet i haven't received any dues such as P.F GRATUITY SEVEN months salary along with other dues. My repeated visits to the authorities have failed to evoke any result so far. I like to further add as to after completion of 38years of service and two years ahead of formal retirement i left the company sensing ill motives of existing management. under this circumstaces i am left with no way but to seek your help & support in this regard. It may please be noted that the company still remains opened officially .
