sir,myself premranjan satapthy brought a cooler of maharaja whiteline from vision(authorised dealer/franchisee)in paradip on dated 19.05.2011.But after 3 days the cooler was not working .i request the dealer to repair that in verbally and after some days complain on his complain register but they dont come to repair the cooler,so i take that cooler to his shop on dated 29.04.2012 but till now they don't repair my cooler and dont received my phone also,if i go to his shop they said me the whiteline company doesnot provide any man to repair ur cooler. and my one year warranty period is abolished and the total hard summer is gone to request him to repair my cooler so much time so sir pls considered my case with some penalty action on that type of cheater dealer.
