I have booked one luxry room in balaji classic hoteles , Mahabaleshwar ( Maha) hotels through site of make my trip vide booking voucher NH2********724 on dated 24/05/2012, In fact that hotel was not having proper facility and below standard of low budget hotels also .hotel mager was not aware of my booking and clearly express that it was communication gap betwwen agaency and us , however we are trying to accomadte you . On the same day 25/05/2012 I have talked to represantative of MMT with this regard .He than confirmed , Sir, your check in time is 9.00 C'clock while you are in early check in , I replied OK gentleman I can wait till my check in time but where should I wait this hotel even not having sitting arrangment at receiption than after getting some coversation with hotel manager he told me Sir, for time being you have been shifted in room NO. 104 which will be changed later on .That room was so small even extar bed could not be laid down on floor for which they have chrged Rs.680/-, in the name of brek fast Poha was available which we not taken by us.
After our request room has also not been changed. On the bill of hotel no TIN and sale tax no is not mentioned while they have charged taxes. No tarrif board was displayed at the hotel receiption counter.
Infact what shown over the site and what actule I get is quite different. While the said co.is publiszing through visaul /print media " Jaisa Dekhoge Waisa Paoge" is totally false and this act of MMT comes under ufair trade practice.
Coplaint is lodged after recently seen this aid.
