As per my knowledge, tatkal tickets are only issued to person travelling only & person should carry xerox of photo identity card and the same i had experienced at Jaipur also.But it is almost impossible to book Tatkal ticket from Cooch Behar stations due to unauthorised brokers. They are charging almost 300/- per ticket other than tatkal charges charged by railways. Authorities are also not acting. It is very regular at Cooch behar stations. Pleaase take some strict measures so that general public can book tatkal tickets with ease. The first 2 hrs of tatkal booking should be only for General public. No unauthorised or authorised brokers should allowed to book Tatkal. Thanks
