Our telephonic discussion to mr. Ashish Pareek,AM-Customer support,tata motors,I say to Ashish putting any part for my car but these Parts are cover in parts warranty.but you say to me that you not solve this problem because ex-warranty case not handle when tata motor person say to me that case not handle so one option for customer legal notice send to tata motors and justified to court.


Product History:-

I Purchase my Indigo HR26BG7438 in M/s Mascot Motors, Aligarh,Uttarpradesh .i face this problem for one day,engine missing for low RPM. i register this complaint
more time in Mascot motor,he say all parts are new so you run car for some KM for re-shaping parts and solve this problem.but after 50,000km not solve in this problem,
in this time product are cover under Ex-Warranty.
I last intimate again this problem in 29/11/13 ex-warranty claim generate for this day and second day surveyor survey for my car and he found one injector
(1nos.) generate these problem he say you run car one week and after one week i again survey for this car HR26BG7438.
8/12/2013 surveyor again surveyor for this car and he found injector Nos. 1 & 2 problem.he approve and say to ur Ex-warranty team you putting two new injector
in this car but at time part not available in store so i call again for part available in store and month end my car suddenly breakdown and not started so i pull car and reach
mascot motors in 29/12/13.In Third time Surveyor survey for car but in this time engine not start so he approve all four recon injector.
i not recommend for recon injector for my car because i not decrease my engine life,i only recommend new all injectors for my car,not run more 50,000 km these
engine are new and recon injector are not cover in part warranty.i use always part warranty parts for my car.


Note:-In Same time another car are facing same problem surveyor survey for this car he found two injector are getting problem this car are running 90,000km,
in at a time surveyor approve all four new injector because surveyor know this person.
