On 24 th july 2010 I purchased one Reebok play dry tshirt from indiatodaybookclub online portal.The price was Rs 399 and transaction was done through SBI bank online transaction.My consumer id-********7.But in spite of several email reminder and persuasion they didn't send my product till date. Their only intention is to kill time with all types of bogus excuses. First of all they said that courier agency didn't find out the address. But I used to get courier product at that address with out any hassle.
after that I emailed the detail address with all the relevant landmarks necessary for find out the correct location. But They Didn't send my product. Their address and phone no. are written below-
