THE CONTRACTOR WHO IS HAVING PHONE NUMBER:********08 HAS BEEN CONTACTED SEVERAL TIMES AND EVERY TIME HE IS TELLING THAT HE IS SENDING HIS PERSONS TO REPAIR THE STREET LIGHT. WE ARE IN DARKNESS SINCE LAST 15 DAYS. PLEASE DIRECT CONCERN FOR IMMEDIATE REPAIR.
