as i have purchased my honda active on 27th of november 2012, i was the 1st customer of ur show room. & i'm totally got upset by ur representatives. as i have given my bikes last servicing ie., the 4th term of free servicing. & the techincal advicer have checked my scooty and told me that. there are some problems with my breack shoes and jzt a general service and also speedometere cable wire problem so i ve insisted him to to do so... to solve out my problem. & they gave a 5hrs time to collect the bike.. when i ve reterned to the service center i ve noticed that my bikes battery has been chanced which has no worth to work.. & i ve asked the management that what actually happened to my bike y itz not getting started with the self starter????.. & ur technician started telling me that ur batteryhas got dischared so i ve insisted him keep battery for the charging.. he told me come aftr 3hrs.. ur battery will be ready... and when returned to the show room the technician was telling that my battery was dead so its not getting started by the self starter.. as ive started my bike at home on that fresh by the self starter it self.. so i'm sure that my battery is not dead at all.. & i ve asked for the warrenty he told me to get the owners manual book. so i ve gave the owners manual and he was saying that the serial no of the original battery and the present battery is not matching.... and he told me that i ve changed the battery and i 'm trying to abuse him accept that i ve changed the battery. and i stared asking as i'm having free servings left and wht is the need to open my bike with another mechanic... as ive warrenty toooo.... and they did not provided me the extra accesseries which i need to get... & they r telling that v have given and u have lost them some where... as i'm the first customer our reputed honda show room... they r even least bougther to take a real care of the customer as i ve been approched to the consumer forum. they ve insisted me to approch u people direrctly and if then i dont get any kind of response they will take some necessary action... i hope u people dose not make such complicated issuse.. so plz solve out my probelm as soon as possible
